Your Moteldirect Platinum valued guest membership enables you to receive a benefit and offer from Moteldirect properties currently listed on Moteldirect.com.au.
Moteldirect Platinum Membership can be obtained directly from Moteldirect or from participating Moteldirect properties, by paying the current membership fee which is $10.00 per annum inclusive of GST.
Membership purchased at one Moteldirect property is valid for use across all Moteldirect properties listed on Moteldirect.com.au
The Moteldirect property selling the membership, is acting only as an agent of Hospitality Analysts Pty Ltd ABN 28 143 256 491, trading as Moteldirect and is not authorized to vary any of the terms, conditions or prices set out in these terms and conditions.
Moteldirect pays to its agents a processing and handling fee on each Moteldirect Platinum membership.
Any questions or issues relating to your Moteldirect platinum membership can only be addressed to membership@moteldirect.com.au as our agents are not authorized to negotiate on our behalf.
Renewals will be offered to Moteldirect Platinum members for a term and fee applicable at the time of renewal.
Renewals will be offered by Moteldirect central administration and be valid for use across all Moteldirect properties listed on Moteldirect.com.au
You must book via our Moteldirect.com.au website direct deal option or directly with any Moteldirect property to obtain the discounts they offer.
Discounts are applied to the full rate on the Moteldirect properties website. Does not apply to special rates properties may be running and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or commissions. Where bookings are made through a third party, and this can include online reservations iewotif & booking.com, discounts will not apply.
The discounts and other offers are managed and issued by each individual Moteldirect property and is NOT controlled by Moteldirect.com.au. Offers can be varied or withdrawn at any time and without notice by the property offering the discount or other offers.
Excluding any errors or omissions, once a discounted offer is made to a Moteldirect Platinum member, it cannot be withdrawn or amended by the issuing property.
Your Moteldirect Platinum membership is linked to your email address and cannot be transferred or utilised by anyone other than the specified member.
Moteldirect Platinum members must hold a valid membership at the time of checking out of the Moteldirect property to be entitled to any discounts offered by the Moteldirect property.
Any prize you may win during our promotional offers, can only be redeemed by Moteldirect Platinum members with a valid membership at the time of check in to the property.
It is the responsibility of each individual Moteldirect Platinum member to maintain and update their email and mobile phone contact details.
By taking up Moteldirect Platinum membership, the member agrees to accept direct marketing offers to their nominated email address. Moteldirect Platinum members can optout of receiving the marketing offers at any time.
Your identity and contact details will not be shared with any third party, without your written consent.
The maximum and minimum benefit to being a Moteldirect Platinum member is determined by the frequency of usage, the properties utilised, season of staying and number of guests staying with the Moteldirect Platinum member. The exact benefit value cannot be determined at the time of taking out your Moteldirect Platinum membership. However, in good faith, Moteldirect.com.au warrants that the benefit received will exceed the cost of membership.
If you believe you have not received value for your membership, please email membership@Moteldirect.com.au and we will address your concern.
If you cancel your Moteldirect Platinum membership any time after you first obtain a benefit or offer, there is no refund available to you. To cancel your membership, please email membership@moteldirect.com.au and we will remove you from the membership database.
If you cancel your Moteldirect Platinum membership any time before you first obtain a benefit or offer, then a $5.00, including GST, processing fee will be applied. To cancel your membership, please email membership@moteldirect.com.au and we will remove you from the membership database and arrange a refund to you.
The terms and conditions of your Moteldirect Platinum membership is governed by the laws of New South Wales.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Laws remain applicable at all times during your membership period
